About Malaysia
Malaysia is close, easy and very family-friendly. Kuala Lumpur has the Petronas Towers and Batu Caves; Genting adds a cool hill-top and theme park; Langkawi brings duty-free shopping, mangroves and beaches.
Tamil is widely spoken and South Indian food is everywhere, which makes it a comfortable first trip abroad. It also combines neatly with Singapore.

Questions travellers ask
Can we combine Malaysia with Singapore?+
Yes. A popular plan is 3 nights Singapore and 3–4 nights Malaysia, connected by a short flight or a five-hour coach.
Is Malaysia good for elders?+
Yes. Short drives, good roads, Indian food and lifts at Batu Caves’ side entrance make it comfortable.
Langkawi or Penang?+
Langkawi for beaches and nature; Penang for heritage and food. Both are 1-hour flights from KL.
